7. Data Transfers to Third Parties and Outside BiH/EU

Your data may be shared with third parties (employers, partners) solely for employment purposes, subject to safeguards under Articles 45–50 of Law 12/25 and Articles 44–50 of the GDPR (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses, pseudonymization, encryption).

Personal data are retained only as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing unless you withdraw your consent earlier.

For the candidate database, data may be kept for up to 24 months, with the possibility of earlier deletion upon request.

By submitting your application, uploading your CV, and checking the box “I agree to the processing of personal data”, you give freely given, informed, and unambiguous consent for Clipcon d.o.o. to process your personal data for the stated purposes.
