SATURNX Technology d.o.o., a payment provider based in Sarajevo, is looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly communicative professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience (CX) Agent. This role is designed for candidates who already have proven experience in customer support and can operate in a fast-paced, regulated financial environment.
In this position, you will communicate with customers exclusively in English via email through Freshdesk, handle customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism, identify recurring issues and patterns, and maintain detailed records of all requests in the system. You will also work closely with technical, operations, and product teams to resolve more complex cases and ensure a consistently high standard of customer service.
We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer support, customer experience, or customer service roles. Previous experience in banking, fintech, payment service providers (PSPs), or other financial institutions will be considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate has excellent written and spoken English, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, speed and accuracy in daily work, and the flexibility to work in shifts, including occasional weekend shifts.
