About the company:

Our client operates in the construction and contracting sector, working on infrastructure and construction projects in the UAE, including bridges, tunnels, infrastructure works, and maintenance. Examples of projects in Dubai include work on the Burj Vista link bridge, system maintenance for the Dubai Water Canal, and the Palm Jumeirah Tunnel.

Role description:

We are seeking two young civil engineers (0–3 years of experience) from the Balkans who wish to build a career working on international projects. In this role, you will support the project/site team with execution, coordination, and technical documentation.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting the site/project engineer with daily site organization (site logs, reports, progress tracking).
Monitoring execution against drawings, specifications, and work methods; recording deviations and proposing solutions.
Preparing and processing technical documentation (RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, as-built records).
Coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams (Civil, MEP, QA/QC, HSE) while gaining on-site experience.
Quantity take-offs; assisting with calculations, progress payments (valuations), and material tracking. Adherence to HSE rules and procedures on the construction site.

Requirements:

Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Up to 3 years of experience (we also welcome outstanding entry-level candidates with internship/traineeship experience).
Basic understanding of blueprints, details, and construction processes.
English language proficiency: minimum B1/B2 (email correspondence and technical communication).
Willingness to relocate and work on-site (dynamic environment, teamwork).

An advantage if you have:

AutoCAD (basics), MS Excel (basics), ability to read shop drawings.
Internship/traineeship experience on-site or in design.
Category B driver’s license.
