Hard Rock Cafe – Malta isn’t just a restaurant – it’s a stage. Hard Rock brings together legendary food, live music and a high-energy atmosphere right in the heart of the island.

We’re now looking for Hostesses to join the team and become the first smile guests see when they walk through the door.

As a Hostess, you are the face of Hard Rock Cafe Malta. You welcome guests, manage the flow at the entrance and help create that “rockstar” first impression that sets the tone for the whole visit.

This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being at the centre of the action in a well-known international brand.

Your day-to-day

• • Warmly welcome guests and make them feel at ease from the first hello
  • Manage bookings, walk-ins and waiting lists so that the seating runs smoothly
  • Accompany guests to their tables and hand over seamlessly to the service team
  • Answer basic questions about the menu, promotions and the Hard Rock concept
  • Keep the host stand and entrance area tidy, attractive and full of good vibes
  • Work closely with the restaurant and bar team to maintain a steady flow during peak hours

What you bring

• Experience in a front-of-house / guest-facing role (hostess, receptionist, F&B service or similar)
• Strong communication skills and a genuinely friendly, approachable attitude
• Fluent English; any other language is a plus (tourist environment)
• Confidence, positive energy and a professional appearance
• Ability to handle busy shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays as required
• Team spirit – you enjoy working with others to keep the atmosphere upbeat and organised
