As a waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, taking orders and answering questions about menu items
• Provide recommendations on food and beverage options, including wine pairings
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction
• Handle payments and accurately process transactions using a POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of food
• Upsell menu items and promote restaurant specials

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a waitress or similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Knowledge of menu items, including food and beverage ingredients and preparation methods
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus
