Job Title: Flight Attendant

Location: Based in Jeddah/Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

 

Responsibilities:

  • You are expected to provide excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the plane, demonstrating safety procedures, and providing any other assistance required.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid if needed.
  • Serve meals and refreshments to passengers.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and demeanor.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 20 years.
  • Maximum age of 30 years.
  • Ability to speak and understand English fluently.
  • Minimum height of 160 cm (ability to reach a height of 212 cm on tiptoes).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capable of dealing with emergencies and stressful situations.
  • Must be in good health and physically fit.
  • High school degree or equivalent required. Higher education would be considered an asset.

Upon receiving your application, we will promptly reach out to you. This will serve a dual purpose; first, to gather any additional information necessary to evaluate your candidacy, and second, to provide you with comprehensive details about your potential hiring. Should you satisfy the criteria set by SAUDIA, we will then arrange a preliminary screening and interview.

During this initial screening, we will assess your physical attributes such as height, weight, and arm reach, among others. Additionally, your proficiency in the English language will also be evaluated.

Candidates who successfully navigate this preliminary round will be invited to a final interview with a delegation from SAUDIA Airlines.

On the same day as this final interview, you will be notified if you have been accepted by SAUDIA Airlines. Following acceptance, you will receive an invitation to our Briefing Day (just following the Interview day).

The Briefing Day is an immersive event where SAUDIA will present a detailed overview of your job role and the subsequent recruitment stages. It also provides an opportunity for you to directly ask SAUDIA any questions you may have.

Finally, all accepted candidates will undergo a medical examination in their respective countries of residence. This is the initial step in the process of securing a working visa.
