Immediate opening for a Chef de Partie in a gourmet fish shop. Applicants need to have experience with cooking fish using different methods (griglia/acqua pazza/al forno/al sale/ al cartoccio), oysters, crab, other Crustaceans, shellfish, crudi, tartare and fritturi).
✔ Duties & Responsibilities:
▪︎ Will report to the Restaurant Manager / Head Chef
▪︎ Assist in day-to-day operations of the kitchen
▪︎ Work on different sections of the kitchen
▪︎ Follow the in-house HACCP regulations
▪︎ Be familiar with the menu and with any “specials”
▪︎ Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion.
▪︎ Be passionate for high end cuisine
▪︎ Stay up to speed with latest cuisine trends
▪︎ Must be standards driven and detail-oriented
▪︎ Pay close attention to detail in food preparation
▪︎ Adopt flexible working hours
